What is the Kerala Hospital Reputation Index?
An independent, annual, audit-based recognition of hospitals demonstrating excellence in patient experience, reputation, and patient trust.
Is it a ranking of hospitals?
No. It is a certification, not a competitive ranking: every hospital that meets the standard is recognized, and no hospital is scored publicly without completing a ReviewLogik audit first.
How is the Patient Experience Score (PES) calculated?
PES is a weighted 0-100 composite: 25% rating, 20% sentiment, 10% each for response rate, response time, satisfaction trend, review growth, and service recovery, and 5% complaint index. Full methodology is published with every Index edition.
How does a hospital join the next edition of the Index?
Four steps: nominate the hospital, complete a free ReviewLogik audit, go through certification, and publication in the Index.
