Privacy Policy

ReviewLogik (“ReviewLogik,” “we,” “us” or “our”) operates this website at reviewlogik.com (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or submit one of our forms, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this marketing website only. If you access the ReviewLogik dashboard product as a customer, that use is governed by a separate service agreement and any data processing terms agreed with your organization, not by this page.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: what you submit directly, and limited technical data collected automatically as part of operating the Site.

Information you submit

The Site has three forms. Each collects only the fields shown on the form itself:

• Contact form (/contact.html): name, work email, phone number, organization, industry, number of locations, and what you’re interested in.
• Kerala Hospital Reputation Index nomination form (/kerala-hospital-index.html): hospital or group name, contact name, contact email, and number of locations.
• Resources subscribe form (/resources.html): name, work email, organization, and industry.

We do not currently ask for or knowingly collect any sensitive personal data (such as health information, government ID numbers, or payment details) through these forms, and you should not include any in the free-text fields.

Information collected automatically

The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of your browsing activity. Standard web infrastructure still processes some technical data as an unavoidable part of serving the Site:

• Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) to serve pages and keep the Site secure.
• Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Some photography is loaded from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), which similarly receives your IP address when an image loads.

Neither of these third parties receives anything you type into our forms. That data goes to Netlify Forms only, described below.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your enquiry or request;
• Evaluate and process a Kerala Hospital Reputation Index nomination, including the associated baseline audit;
• Send the reports, guides or benchmarks you requested through the resources form;
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with data brokers.

3. Who we share it with

We share form submissions with the following service providers, solely so they can provide the service we use them for:

• Netlify, Inc.: receives and stores form submissions on our behalf, and hosts the Site itself. Netlify’s infrastructure is global, so your data may be processed on servers outside India.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of business assets (in which case we would tell you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy).

4. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, maintain an ongoing nomination or certification relationship, or comply with our legal obligations, whichever is longest. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details in Section 7.

5. Cookies

This Site does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not currently show a cookie banner because there is nothing non-essential to consent to. If that changes (for example, if we add analytics in the future), we will update this policy and add a cookie consent mechanism before doing so.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. This includes rights available to individuals in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where applicable, rights available to residents of the European Economic Area, the UK, and other jurisdictions with similar data protection laws. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 7. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children’s privacy

This Site is intended for business use by adults working in healthcare and hospitality organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
