Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReviewLogik website at reviewlogik.com (the “Site”), operated by ReviewLogik, Kochi, Kerala, India (“ReviewLogik,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, submitting a form, or nominating a hospital for the Kerala Hospital Reputation Index, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What this Site is

This Site is informational and promotional: it describes ReviewLogik’s Experience Intelligence Platform for healthcare and hospitality organizations, and hosts the Kerala Hospital Reputation Index (“KHRI”) nomination process. It is not itself the product dashboard. Access to and use of the ReviewLogik product dashboard by a customer is governed by a separate service agreement executed directly with that customer, not by these Terms.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site other than through publicly permitted search-engine indexing;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure;
• Submit a form with false, misleading, or another person’s information without their consent;
• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.

3. The Kerala Hospital Reputation Index

The KHRI is an independent, audit-based certification, not a paid placement or a competitive ranking. Submitting a nomination does not guarantee certification, a specific tier, or any particular score. Certification is assessed against ReviewLogik’s published methodology and supporting evidence. Commercial engagement with ReviewLogik (including use of our reputation management or dashboard services) does not influence KHRI eligibility, scoring, or certification outcomes, and certification is not for sale.

A hospital that receives KHRI certification may reference its tier and use the corresponding certification mark only in accordance with usage guidelines we provide at the time of certification, and only for as long as the certification remains current. We may revoke certification, and require the certification mark to stop being used, if a hospital’s standing changes or if the mark is used in a misleading way.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

Nothing on this Site is a guarantee of specific business results. References to reputation, ratings, review volume, response rates, or sentiment describe signals our services aim to strengthen. They are not a promise of higher search rankings, more bookings, more patients, or any other outcome, since these also depend on factors outside our control.

5. Illustrative content

Dashboard mockups, sample metrics, and example reports shown on this Site are illustrative and do not reflect real client data, unless a page explicitly says otherwise. References to hotel brands (such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Accor, Radisson, or Wyndham) describe our founding team’s past professional experience at those organizations, not a current partnership, endorsement, or customer relationship with ReviewLogik.

6. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, graphics, and the ReviewLogik and KHRI names, logos and certification marks are owned by ReviewLogik or used under license, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission, except as allowed under Section 3 for certified hospitals. All third-party product names, logos and brands referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only; this does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, ReviewLogik.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party platforms including Google, Practo, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, and our own social media profiles. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewLogik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kochi, Kerala.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
